Time: 2:00PM – 6:00PM
- NCUA’s NEV Supervisory Test & Risk Thresholds
- Contingency Funding Stress Testing & What-Ifs
- Behavioral aspects of ALM
- Embedded options affect liquidity, IRR & earnings
- Building in a “margin of safety” in non-maturity share assumptions
- What assumptions affect premiums on NMS and NEV?
- ADVANCED ALM/IRR Policy & IRR guidelines reviewed
- Yield Curve Shifts in ALM analyses
- Sensitivity analyses show how sensitive IRR is to assumptions
- Backtesting procedures will be discussed as a form of ALM Validation

Participants will be required to bring to class certain ALM reports and parameters which will be listed in the confirmation letter. Reports must be produced in Version 10.2 or later. No printers or computers will be used at these 4-Hour Training classes.
